PERSONAL INSURANCE · 5280 INSURANCE AGENCY

Protect your home, vehicles and people with a clearer plan.

Your household is one part of a larger risk picture. We can review home, auto, life and specialty coverage alongside business or other exposures that matter, explain tradeoffs in limits and deductibles, and help you decide what needs attention next.

Tell us the state where you need coverage. Products and carriers vary by location, applicant and appropriately licensed team member; we’ll confirm whether we can help.

Request a whole-picture insurance review.

Start with the household, then select every other area you want us to consider—including business or specialty risks. A member of our team will follow up to understand your situation and discuss next steps. This is not an instant quote or a way to bind coverage.

CORE COVERAGE

Start with the part of life you need to protect.

Explore the main coverage conversations below. Policy language, eligibility and availability vary; a licensed team member will confirm what options fit your situation.

Pickup truck and sedan parked in front of a house

Auto insurance

Review liability limits, the drivers and vehicles on the policy, comprehensive and collision deductibles, and whether uninsured/underinsured motorist or rental options meet your needs. Business use can change the conversation.

Two-story home with attached garage and front lawn

Home insurance

Look at the dwelling limit, roof or other-structure terms, belongings, liability and loss-of-use provisions. Ask what a separate wind/hail deductible, water-backup option or flood policy would mean for your property.

Family seated together on a living room couch

Life insurance

Start with who depends on your income, what obligations would remain, and how long protection is needed. A licensed professional can discuss term and permanent options without assuming one policy type fits everyone.

Specialty & recreation

A motorcycle, boat, RV, valuable collection or property with unusual use may need coverage beyond a standard home or auto policy. Tell us what you own and how you use it so we can check available options.

BEYOND THE BASICS

Some needs deserve a separate conversation.

A standard home or auto policy will not answer every question. These are topics we can review with you—not a promise that a specific carrier will offer a policy.

Condo, renters & rental homes

Condo owners need to understand how unit coverage relates to the association’s master policy. Renters need to consider belongings and liability; a landlord or short-term rental arrangement can call for different property coverage.

Umbrella & higher-value items

An umbrella policy may add liability protection above eligible underlying policies, subject to requirements and exclusions. Jewelry, art or other valuables may need scheduled or separate coverage.

Flood & other property risks

Standard homeowners coverage generally excludes flood. Other gaps or endorsements depend on the policy and property. Ask what is covered, what is excluded, and whether a separate policy is available.

HOW A REVIEW WORKS

Compare the details, not just the premium.

A lower quote can change the limits, deductibles or exclusions you would face after a loss. We can help line up the same questions across available options so you understand the tradeoffs before deciding.

1. Tell us what changed. A move, new driver, renovation, new business use or family milestone can be a useful starting point.

2. Bring what you have. Current declarations pages and renewal dates help, but you can begin without them. Please use our secure policy-connection option for current policy documents, not the brief request form.

3. Discuss available next steps. Farmers is our primary carrier, and we can write with the other carriers shown on our home page. A licensed team member will confirm which carriers and products are available for your state and situation. No coverage is bound or changed by submitting the form.

Questions worth asking

  • Are the liability limits right for the people and property you need to protect?
  • What deductible applies to a likely loss, and what would you pay out of pocket?
  • Are there exclusions, special limits or occupancy rules you have not discussed?
  • If you bundle policies, does the combined arrangement still give each policy the coverage you need?

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you request a review.

A brief conversation can clarify which coverage area needs attention first and what information a licensed team member will need.

Can you review what I already have without switching?

Yes. We can discuss the limits, deductibles and questions your current policies raise. You decide whether to explore a change.

Is this an instant quote?

No. The request form begins a consultation. A licensed professional will confirm eligibility, available options and any information needed for a quote.

Do you only work with Farmers?

No. Farmers is our primary carrier, and we can also write with the companies whose logos appear on our home page. The carrier and product options available to you depend on your state, coverage needs and eligibility.

What if I am not sure which type of policy I need?

Tell us what you need to protect and where. We can help identify the most useful next conversation without asking you to know the policy name first.
